VAW Veterinary, Summer 2021. Final Trip Confirmation

Your Veterinary internship is supposed to be happened this Summer 2021. We need to have a confirmed panorama of your individual preferences to move forward with your trip.  Please complete the form below no later than Sunday, April 25, 2021.

Final Trip Confirmation Form

    Below are available Veterinary Outreach trip this Summer 2021. Please choose all options that meet your schedule and preference. Note. If you choose Option D, and you have a VAW 2020 Voucher, remember you will be able to use it later on 2021 or 2022; or transfer it to another intern.
  • Please specify if you have any other preferred dates or destinations.
  • If you are going to travel this Summer 2021, you need to make all the deposits within the month of April, 2021. Note. If you chose option C) Please complete the "Other" section below with your preferred dates. If you chose option D) and you have a VAW Voucher from 2020, please remember you can transfer it to another intern.
