Your Dental Internship is 8 weeks away. We need to have a confirmed panorama of your individual preferences to move forward with your trip.  Please complete the form below no later than Wednesday, March 17, 2021. We need your confirmation and commitment to start your flight purchase and in-country preparations on your behalf.

The Deposit Schedule you must follow for your May  11 – 25, 2021 Dental Internship.

• March 18, 2021 – $900 – Please remember that you must have at least $900 in your account in order for us purchase your flight on the week of March 29
• April 6, 2021- $900
• April 13, 2021 – Remainder (variable, depends on price of plane ticket, medication fund and remainder of $1,895 program fee).
