Proposed deposit schedule

We know paying for a trip all at once isn’t always realistic for students. That’s why we offer a payment plan to make it easier to budget over time. A $250 deposit secures your spot when you register. After that, you’ll receive a clear payment schedule with manageable installments leading up to your trip.

Your remaining balance simply needs to be paid in full 8 weeks before departure (March 24, 2026) — giving you plenty of time to plan ahead.

You’ll also need to ensure your flight is booked and fully paid within 1 week of receiving VAW Global´s confirmation. While we can’t guarantee availability, we will make every effort to accommodate you.

To be financially prepared for this internship, find below the deposit schedule every intern should follow. Please note that if any deposit date has already passed, you will be expected to catch up and deposit the accumulative amounts as soon as possible!

• 1st deposit: Immediately via Paypal (check below) – $250
• 2nd deposit: Nov 18, 2025 – $325
• 3rd deposit: Dec 16, 2025 – $325
• 4th deposit: Jan 20, 2026 – $325
• 5th deposit: Feb 24, 2026 – $275
• Final deposit: Mar 24, 2026 – Remainder – 8 Weeks to Departure
