Proposed deposit schedule

We know paying for a trip all at once isn’t always realistic for students. That’s why we offer a payment plan to make it easier to budget over time. A $250 deposit secures your spot when you register. After that, you’ll receive a clear payment schedule with manageable installments leading up to your trip.

Your remaining balance simply needs to be paid in full 8 weeks before departure (March 16, 2027) — giving you plenty of time to plan ahead.
