Guatemala Medical Internship – December 25, 2025 (1 week)

• Cost: $1100 program fee + $100 medication & supply fund fee

Proposed deposit schedule

We know paying for a trip all at once isn’t always realistic for students. That’s why we offer a payment plan to make it easier to budget over time. A $250 deposit secures your spot when you register. After that, you’ll receive a clear payment schedule with manageable installments leading up to your trip.

Your remaining balance simply needs to be paid in full 8 weeks before departure (October 30, 2025) — giving you plenty of time to plan ahead.

Thank you for your interest in our Outreach Internship Trips. Please note that we close bookings 12 weeks prior to departure. We encourage you to explore our options for next season to ensure you have ample time for training and preparation.

You’ll also need to ensure your flight is booked and fully paid within 1 week of receiving VAW Global´s confirmation. While we can’t guarantee availability, we will make every effort to accommodate you.

To be financially prepared for this internship, find below the deposit schedule every intern should follow. Please note that if any deposit date has already passed, you will be expected to catch up and deposit the accumulative amounts as soon as possible!

• 1st deposit: Immediately via Paypal (check below) – $250
• 2nd deposit: Apr 17 – $175
• 3rd deposit: May 29 – $175
• 4th deposit: July 10 – $175
• 5th deposit: Aug 21 – $175
• 6th deposit: Sep 25 – $150
• Final deposit: Oct 30, 2025 – Reminder – 8 Weeks to Departure
