Proposed deposit schedule

We know paying for a trip all at once isn’t always realistic for students. That’s why we offer a payment plan to make it easier to budget over time. A $250 deposit secures your spot when you register. After that, you’ll receive a clear payment schedule with manageable installments leading up to your trip.

Your remaining balance simply needs to be paid in full 8 weeks before departure (October 31, 2023) — giving you plenty of time to plan ahead.

Thank you for your interest in our Outreach Internship Trips. Please note that we close bookings 12 weeks prior to departure. We encourage you to explore our options for next season to ensure you have ample time for training and preparation.

If you’re eager to participate and able to catch up (both logistically and financially), please email us at teamdevelopment@vawglobal.org to check availability first. You’ll also need to ensure your flight is booked and fully paid within 1 week of receiving VAW Global´s confirmation. While we can’t guarantee availability, we will make every effort to accommodate you.

To be financially prepared for this internship, find below the deposit schedule every intern should follow. Please note that if any deposit date has already passed, you will be expected to catch up and deposit the accumulative amounts as soon as possible!

• 1st deposit: Immediately vía Paypal (check below) – $250
• 2nd deposit: May 12, 2023 – $300
• 3rd deposit: Jun 23, 2023 – $300
• 4th deposit: Aug 04, 2023 – $300
• 5th deposit: Sep 01, 2023 – $300
• 6th deposit: Aug 06, 2023 – $300
• Final deposit: Nov 01, 2023 – Remainder – 8 Weeks to Departure
