My name is Ana Bove and I was born in Venezuela. Because of the terrible situation in Venezuela, my family moved to the Dominican Republic in 2009, where I studied Medicine at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). Currently, I’m working at the Dominican Red Cross. My hobbies are cooking and baking, and I am recently trying boxing. The reason I wanted to become a doctor is that I love to help people in all aspects of life. Now I realize we can touch people’s life with a simple gesture and that’s why I want to join Volunteers Around the World.
