VAW MSU Dental, May 2021. Final Trip Confirmation

Deadline: March 18, 2021

Your Dental Internship is 10 weeks away. We need to have a confirmed panorama of your individual preferences to move forward with your trip.  Please complete the form below no later than Thursday, March 18, 2021. We need your confirmation and commitment to start your flight purchase and in-country preparations on your behalf.

The Deposit Schedule you must follow for your May  25 –  June 8, 2021 Dental Internship is:

• March 23, 2021 – $250
• March 30, 2021 – $700 – Please remember that you must have at least $900 in your account in order for us purchase your flight on the week of April 12.
• April 20, 2021- $900
• April 27, 2021 – Remainder (variable, depends on price of plane ticket, medication fund and remainder of $1,895 program fee).
