VAW GLOBAL is now looking for ...
The Team Leader will have a number of responsibilities throughout the year, including: forming a team of interns, developing a board of student directors, establishing VAW Global as an official club and/or class (if possible), attending regular online video trainings with the VAW Global staff and other Team Leaders, and preparing their interns for their Outreach trip through team trainings, workshops, and fundraising. VAW Global expects the Team Leader to dedicate a minimum of 3-5 hours per week to this role.
The Faculty Leader will have a number of responsibilities while on their Outreach trip, including: setting realistic expectations for interns, leading in-country reflections, assisting the in-country staff with leading the team, having assertive and open communication with the interns and local staff, being an example of flexibility and adaptability to the local reality, and being an active participant in all work related activities. VAW Global expects the Faculty Leader to have weekly availability for this role.
Team Development Coordinator (TDC) will be in charge of implementing, running and supervising new Outreach chapters at universities around the world. TDC will recruit and train Team Leaders at universities and help them raise a team to go abroad. This is a part-time telecommute position that will be tracked with weekly goals.

It is twice yearly position (you can participate in just one recruitment season or multiple): June 1 to July 31 (summer recruitment) and December 15 to February 28 (winter recruitment).
